A church in Kazimierz Dolny.

A roof in the centre of Kazimierz Dolny. The town is about 50Km outside of Lublin, and is a popular tourist destination. The town grew out of a village called Wietrzna Góra (Windy Hill). In 1170 Kazimierz Sprawiedliwy (King Casimir the Just) gave the village to a convent in Krakow - the nuns were so pleased that they renamed their new village after him.
