This is something you don't see every day in Poland. The district court building was being used to film a documentary for TV.
A fountain at the impressive Muzeum Zamoyskich (Zamoyski Museum) at Kozłówka, about 30Km outside of Lublin. The museum is actually a palace which was owned by the Zamoyski family in the 18th century. I love the Zamoyski family motto: "To mniej boli" (It hurts less).

More numbers. This is part of a memorial to the numerous protests against the communist regime that took place in Poznań. The first, known as Poznański Czerwiec (Poznań June) happened in in 1956 in response to low wages, food shortages and tax changes. Up to 100,000 workers clashed with 10,000 soldiers and 400 tanks. Thousands were injured and 74 died. This apparently led to a more moderate faction of the communist government taking power, however smaller protests continued over the years.

...that's the magic number.
